Site Surveys, also known as Wireless Audits, are necessary for a range of reasons.  The two most common reasons are to:

• Obtain information about the environment in order to plan for a new or expanded wireless installation or,
• Diagnose issues or poor performance at an existing installation

It is common for a survey to be performed more than once at a site.  A site can be surveyed as a preliminary activity, to either assist in planning or to diagnose a problem.  Another can be run as a post-deployment activity, to ensure that the service is operating at peak efficiency.

We will discuss results with you in Plain English!  We understand that not every customer would understand an automatically generated technical site survey report – and we have seen our fair share of them delivered to customers in the past. So we don’t use them.  The results of each survey is communicated in plain English together with technical data where required.
