CONCEPT
There are many reasons for implementing a professional Wi-Fi system. Whatever the motive, we can help bring them to reality. The Concept stage is about communication. Share your ideas, your challenges and your objectives, we have most likely been down the same path before. There are common reasons for introducing a new wireless service Short-term Wi-Fi for training, for office space, functions or events Evaluate Wi-Fi in a test environment Reduce infrastructure cabling costs Enable higher productivity through flexibility Extend the reach of the existing wired network Update existing Wi-Fi technology Minimise the current WiFi footprint/cost while maximising performance Introduce BYOD - the policy of permitting employees to bring personally owned mobile devices (laptops, tablets, and smart phones) to their workplace and use those devices to access applications Guest Wi-Fi - providing visitors, guests with Internet access is a solution almost exclusive to Wi-Fi. Guest Wi-Fi functionality often has different requirements to that of corporate or staff access. Evaluate alternatives to an existing network The Concept phase is also about scenarios. Understanding how your business operates, how staff work on a daily basis and how a professional Wi-Fi service may be able to help

DESIGN
Each business or organisation is unique. A customised network design will meet your objectives for performance and security. The benefit gained from good network design is that everything will work as it is supposed to. There is a balance involved in the design process and from experience we can tell which ideas will work and which may be a challenge. Audit of existing network (wireless/wired) An audit of your network gives us a base to work from. Part of the audit is network discovery where we learn the architecture, what infrastructure and systems there are today to support a Wi-Fi deployment and how ready your overall environment is. The other part of the audit is used to understand your critical success factors, what processes and compliance must be followed; it involves talking to key people and understanding your business objectives and your criteria for a successful design. We provide a range of audits starting from a basic review of primary systems up to a full site audit. Site Surveys For almost any professional wireless deployment, a site survey is imperative. It is useful from an audit and verification perspective for radio frequency design and Access Point type and placement. A site survey inspects an area or zone where the proposed service will be deployed. A survey can determine precise locations for installation of Access Points to meet the coverage and performance requirements. It will discover local interference (although Wi-Fi deals with a constantly changing environment) and the location of obstacles to wireless signals. Pre and Post site surveys are considered crucial to successful wireless implementations. Network Design Documentation Network Design Documentation can optionally be provided. Depending on your required deliverables, documentation can range from a simple network summary paper to a detailed design document. Pilot - Trial It is recommended that the design is proven in a Pilot. This stage allows adjustments and tweaks to be made and to discover the unexpected; the 'undocumented' in a quasi-production environment. Information learned from a Pilot feeds into a final design.

IMPLEMENTATION
A professional installation is the key to providing Wi-Fi coverage and performance that the design aims to deliver. To ensure design objectives are met, a professional installation is key. When the right solution has been selected for your business it’s time to deploy the technology. The Implementation stage is about getting the new hardware operating properly in its new environment. It includes professional configuration, installation, running, testing, and making adjustments to ensure the desired outcome is reached. Before and after implementation, one or more site inspections and/or Site Surveys will be undertaken. A Netbridge Site Survey is crucial to delivering the outcome that your business would expect from a professionally installed Wi-Fi deployment. Poorly performed site surveys (or none at all) may not identify coverage gaps or black spots, signal interference or make assumptions that are not valid. Let us ensure that Wireless Access Points are located in the most effective locations. That your existing WAN and LAN infrastructure has the capacity and the power. And avoid potential project overruns or delays if the little things like infrastructure cabling are missed out. We ensure that Required connectivity and communication to other parts of the network works as expected. Network infrastructure is secured correctly, in respect to both location and management access. Adequate power is in place. The new system is in production as per requirements and User Acceptance Testing procedures are followed and completed to your satisfaction.

SUPPORT
AirSupport provides responsive expert assistance, monitoring and optional reporting on the health of your network. AirSupport Different organisations have unique support requirements. With this in mind, the support that AirSupport provides can be tailored to match what suits your business. AirSupport is your insurance policy. It delivers peace of mind in that any impact to productivity will be minimised. We offer a customisable Support Agreement that meets your needs. AirSupport comes in three service levels: Standard, Plus or Premium. All of which can be tailored to meet your individual requirements. For example: some of your wireless infrastructure may provide coverage for a critical area of your business, an area that is impacted if the service drops. The exact same infrastructure in another area of your business may be less critical to business operations. In this case, we are able to provide a customised support agreement that provides a different service level, on the same type of equipment but recognising that some areas of require a higher level of response. The AirSupport service includes Monitoring Alerting Access to Netbridge Support Specialist toolsets RMA procedures Patching/Firmware Firmware Updates Diagnosis Action Repair Return to Service
